1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Social Profile Studio web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, as well as the terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect, such as TikTok and Google. You are responsible for all content you schedule, manage, or upload through the Service and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use and distribute that content.

• You must connect a valid TikTok account via OAuth to use core features.
• You may use your Google account for authentication and to utilize features involving Google Drive. By doing so, you grant us permission to access your Google account to the extent necessary to provide these features (e.g., creating a designated folder and uploading files to your Google Drive on your behalf).
• You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing spam, or violating any applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms.
• You acknowledge that video content uploaded via the Service is stored in your personal Google Drive account and is subject to Google's Terms of Service and storage policies.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Social Profile Studio and its licensors.

4. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is solely at your own risk.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or Google, except as necessary to utilize their respective APIs and services as described.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Social Profile Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages...

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as TikTok and Google (including Google Drive). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
